Okay, maybe, I'm getting a bit carried away with this 'things I like' title, I've beeeeeeennn On it! ag but it's my blOg, and these are the things that I like, sO errybOdy else must just park!

mOving riiight alOng, I think this lady's arm candy is dapper! I lOve the chunkiness Of her accessOries, the pink On her nails, her nude clutch that matches her blazer; she is just #winning with this lOok! It's gOt a very smOoth texture and just enOugh detail.

ThOse that knOw me, knOw hOw deep my lOve fOr bright lipstick is [it started with red lipstick]! Red lips symbOlise sexiness and cOnfidence in a wOman.

the fascinatiOn with red lips gOes as far as when Egyptian Queens stained their lips with a cOmbO Of henna and crushed beatles, Victorian wOmen cOlOured their lips red crepe paper. We've all seen pics Of the bOmbshell Marilyn Monroe whO had the red lips and platinum lOcks as her signature lOok. 

Her dark mane and full red pOut ensured that Elizabeth Taylor was the ultimate seductress, in her time!

I rate, this Outfit is really cOol and cOmfy! Only I'd swap the plain AllStars fOr the Ones with the gOld detail, in the previOus pOst. That, cOmbined with red lips, yOu are a winner!! :)

I'm nOt really big On AllStar sneakers. I literally Only have One pair, but when I spOtted these twO I was like: "nOw, this is the kinda shit I need tO fucks with!!!". I reckOn the gOld detail and the spikes add an element Of 'glam' and really 'pimp' Out the sneaks! I really like!

In the past, I had never really been keen On headwear [because Of my small-ish head], wearing hats, headbands and things made me feel a bit self-cOnsciOus. but yOu know with age yOu get mOre cOmfOrtable in yOur skin and that made me mOre Open tO experimenting with and therefOre appreciating headgear.

This winter, One Of my favOurite fashiOn accessOries is the faux fur headband [as seen belOw]. It's warm, cute and with fur trending, right nOw, yOu'll lOok fashiOn forward tOo.

name change fOr YSL*

It has been cOnfirmed that the icOnic fashiOn brand Yves Saint Laurent will be changing its name tO 'Saint Laurent Paris'. Hedi Slimane [Creative Director at YSL], whO has alsO had experience as a fashiOn designer aswell as a Creative Director fOr Dior Homme, believes that the name change will give the brand mOre of a 'fresh, mOdern feel'.

As a brand YSL has achieved enOrmOus success, with its designs being cOnsistently celebrated and its name being synOnimOus tO mOdern-day pret-a-pOrté fashiOn. Which is why I'm, persOnally, having mixed feelings abOut this change; I mean, why change a winning fOrmula?

In the same breath, thOugh, it makes sense that the new Creative DirectOr whO tOok tO the reigns last year wOuld want tO distance himself frOm the label's inimitable fOunder whOse legacy is a struggle tO live up tO.

sO, nOw, we await the intrOductiOn Of 'Saint Laurent Paris' which is scheduled fOr when the spring 2013 cOllectiOns hit the stOres.
